Another Central Midlands League Premier Division game to follow the one last night at Mickleover Royal British Legion.
Defending the Primrose Hill end in the first half, Blackwell Miners Welfare took an early lead in the 9th minute after the Lincoln defence failed to clear a right-wing corner, allowing Julian Riley to drive home from six yards out. They wrapped up the win with a second goal scored in the 85th minute. Mark Greenslade outpaced the Lincoln defence on a run down the middle, drew the goalkeeper and netted with a low shot from the edge of the area.
