Willand Rovers gained the local bragging rights over the neighbours from three miles down the B3181.
The winner came in the 39th minute. Iain Hynds was found in space down the right and he got in a low shot which Rangers keeper Stocker could only parry. The loose ball fell for Steve Rowland to drive home from 10 yards out.
Collumpton’s task to try and snatch a late equaliser wasn’t helped by the 85th minute dismissal of Hunt for a professional foul on Hynds.
