Again in Surridge Gloucestershire County League and kicking off at 3 pm, the same time as the FA Cup Final, second-from-bottom Patchway Town twice came from behind to record a 4-2 victory over bottom side Ellwood. Ed Dawkins gave Ellwood an early lead which they held Adam Grinter levelled things up three minutes after halt-time. Ellwood bounced back to regain the lead in the 68th minute with a great strike from Martin Reid which was cancelled out within seconds of the restart by Dan Webb. The game could have gone either way but Patchway claimed the points from the entertaining encounter with late goals from Tom Knight and Matthew Fowler. The pitch was fully railed off inside a large public park.
